SPEWDfree - Bread Pudding
| Ingredients | 1 Cup Raisins 1 1/2 Brown Rice Bread, Torn Into Pieces 4 Cups Rice Milk 3 Eggs, Replaced (see Egg Replacer) 1/2 Cup SPEWD Free Margarine 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons Molasses 1/2 Teaspoon Salt |
| Directions | Place Bread Pieces In A 9 By 12 Inch Baking Dish. Add Raisins. In Large Bowl, Combine Milk, Egg Replacer, Margarine, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Molasses And Salt. Add to bread pieces. Let Sit For 1 To 2 Hours. Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees Place baking dish in a larger pan and fill halfway up the sides of baking dish with water. Bake for one hour or until set. |
