SPEWDfree - Corn And Vegetable Soup

Ingredients 2 -10 Oz Packages Frozen Corn, Thawed
2 Cups Rice Milk
1 Tablespoon SPEWD Free Margarine
1 Large Onion, Diced
1 Medium Zucchini, Diced
2 Cups Vegetable Broth
1 Cup Shredded Carrot 
Directions Put Two Cups Corn And The Rice Milk Into A Blender And Process Until Smooth. Heat The Margarine In A Soup Pot Over Medium-high Heat. Add The Onion, Zucchini And Carrot And Cook Until Tender. Add The Remaining Corn And Vegetable Broth And Bring To A Boil. Add The Corn Puree And Cook Until Warmed Through. Add Salt And Pepper To Taste.
