| Directions | Put Two Cups Corn And The Rice Milk Into A Blender And Process Until Smooth. Heat The Margarine In A Soup Pot Over Medium-high Heat. Add The Onion, Zucchini And Carrot And Cook Until Tender. Add The Remaining Corn And Vegetable Broth And Bring To A Boil. Add The Corn Puree And Cook Until Warmed Through. Add Salt And Pepper To Taste. |
