| Ingredients | 3/4 Cup Rice Flour 3/4 Cup Oat Flour 3/4 Cup Tapioca Flour 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 3 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 1/4 Cups Rice Milk 1/2 Cup Dairy Free, Soy Free Margarine (I Use Mother's Brand) 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 3 Eggs, Replaced (see Recipe For Egg Replacer) |
| Directions | Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Grease And Flour 2 Round 9x 1 1/2 Inch Cake Pans. Mix All Ingredients Until Well Blended. Pour Into Pans. Bake 30 To 35 Minutes Or Until Toothpick Inserted In Center Comes Out Clean. |
