Ingredients 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cups Mother's Margarine (The One In The Blue Box Is Soy And Dairy Free)
2 Eggs, Replaced (3 Tablespoons Water, 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, And 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder, Combined)
3-4 Ripe, Medium Bananas (the Riper, The Better)
1/2 Cup Rice "buttermilk"(1 Tablespoon Vinegar Mixed With Enough Rice Milk To Make One Cup)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Oat Flour
3/4 Cup Rice Flour
3/4 Cup Tapioca Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 10oz Bag Of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips 
Directions Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Grease Bottoms Of Two 8 Inch Loaf Pans Or One 9 Inch Loaf Pan. Mix Vinegar And Rice Milk. Give A Little Stir And Let Sit (you Will See It Start To Curdle Later). Mix Sugar And Margarine In Large Bowl Until Blended And Fluffy. Add Egg Replacer And Mix Well. Add Rice "buttermilk" And Mix. Add Bananas And Stir Until The Mixture Is Chunky But The Bananas Are Well Dispersed. Add Vanilla. Slowly Add The Flours,baking Soda And Salt To The Mixture, Making Sure To Blend Well. Fold In The Bag Of Chocolate Chips. Pour Into Loaf Pan. Bake One Hour For 8 Inch Loaf Pans Or 1 Hour 15 Minutes For 9 Inch Loaf Pan.
