Ingredients Pie Filling
2/3 Cup Of Sugar
1/8 Cup Of Rice Flour
1/8 Cup Of Oat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Dash Of Salt
8 Cups Of Thinly Sliced Tart Apples

Pie Crust
1 1/2 Cups Ground "Enjoy Life Cinnamon Crunch Granola"
2 T Dairy Free, Soy Free Margarine, Softened
1 T Sugar

Pie Topping
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Firm Dairy Free, Soy Free Margarine 
Directions Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees. Place Sliced Apples In Large Mixing Bowl. Add Sugar, Flours, Nutmeg, Cinnamon And Salt. Mix Until Apples Are Thoroughly Coated. Place Apples In 8x8 Baking Dish And Cover With Aluminum Foil. Bake For 40 Minutes. While The Apples Are Baking, Combine Ground Granola, Margarine And Sugar In A Small Mixing Bowl. Press Into 9 Inch Deep Dish Pie Plate. Combine All Pie Topping Ingredients In A Separate Bowl. Pour Baked Apples Into Pie Crust. Sprinkle Pie Topping On Top Of Apples. Place In Oven And Bake For 15 Minutes. Remove And Let Cool.
